Life is filled with joy and happiness

Life is filled with joy and happiness

Please understand that life is beautiful and it is your duty to keep it that way whether you like the scenario you are in or not. It should only be you who should control your emotions and then and only then will you be able to fill your life with positivity and hence when you are positive it will thereby bring a ease to your action which will eventually keep you happy you can say your thoughts are something which make you happy the idea that makes you remember that it is just a phase it will pass on but only when you accept such fate and still smile then and only then will ever achieve true happiness which will eventually fill your life with wisdom and prosperity.

Life is like a balloon and happiness is like a air that is filled in it. As much air goes inside it the balloon gets inflated and size increases and so is with life more the happiness surrounds us more we start living but it all depends how you find your happiness because true happiness comes from within. If you fill so much air balloon gets burst so each and every thing is given to us in a balance and it depends on us how we see every situation the more positive we become the more happiness will be filled and the balloon of life will not burst.

As we all know that for achieving anything in your life it requires discipline and of course patience and whatever things we perform in our life is for the only reason “happiness”. Most important thing whatever work you are doing, do it with full enthusiasm and give your 101%to it and don't worry about the outcome just do it so it last whatever will be the result u will be satisfied by giving your 101% and lastly do meditation everyday life 15 minutes and trust me you will experience that life is a miracle.

I think there’s a reason Buddha said life is disappointing, and I think life teaches you that. But it is not inherently disappointing, it is disappointing because we want it to be something other than it is. For example, when pain is there we don’t want it. When anything unpleasant is there, we see it as an obstacle to happiness. Any time you seek happiness in the world — eventually you will be disappointed. Nothing in the world is reliable because everything is transient. Something may provide you comfort today, but tomorrow it will be gone. You may think someone is the best today, but tomorrow you will realize half of what you saw was projections of hope — you were looking for salvation in the other.

When we search for happiness in this way, we walk in a trail of misery. Then we drink it away, smoke it away, numb it away. We avoid feeling life. We feel things as though they’re over there, separate from us. If you were to feel without any separation, you would feel totally. Both the pleasant and the unpleasant. But as a person, as a thing amongst things in the world, you cannot feel fully. You are always going to want a part of life but not all of it. And meanwhile life is a turning wheel and as soon as you’re up, it’s already going down. So as long as you take yourself to be a thing - a person - on the ride of life — well, you’re in for a roller coaster ride.

Life naturally goes from one extreme to the other. That’s why you need to find your Center — Who you really are. How can this life be handled off-center? Only by numbing oneself. But when you are awake to Who you really are, you will not escape life — you will go through it, all of it. Or, rather, you will allow it to go through you. You will find that you are the perfectly still Hub of the ever-revolving world. The reason it feels like something is always missing is because you take only half of life. When you’re in the down part of the wheel you yearn for the up. But even when you’re up — if you’re sensitive — you will notice that there is still and emptiness. What’s missing?

What’s missing is the Center. What’s missing is who you really are. You are missing yourself. Your gaze is fixed outside. You want events and circumstances to arrange themselves in some perfect way that will provide you with perfect happiness. It’s never going to happen. The world is more unstable than an unquiet sea. Always moving. Once you think you found happiness and you try holding on to it — you open your hand and see it’s already gone.

You can’t hold on to anything in this world. No circumstance is lasting. No feeling is lasting. What you call “absolute happiness” may better be described as peace. It’s not peace because all is outwardly well. It’s peace despite how things are. It’s the peace of Who you are, because at your Center you are not a thing in the world, not another person, not an appearance, not a body. Experiences come and go in you, but you want to hold on to them — well, the good ones.

If you can accept everything, you will be at the Center. At peace. Who could possibly accept everything, accept the world exactly as it is? Only Who you really are is capable of that, simply because it is Capacity itself. At Center you are Capacity for the world, for emotions, for experiences. But you are not changed by anything that happens - Who you really really are is never changed.

But words can’t teach this. I can tell you what path helped me. But I don’t think it’s something you figure out over night. I think you’ve learned a lot, though, because you are aware something is always fundamentally missing. Being a person doesn’t work. When you see yourself as a part of the world, something will always be missing for you. But when you are the Whole, you will want for nothing. It’s a matter of mistaken identity. WHO seeks happiness? Find out Who you really are and then find out if Who you really are is not already complete. You have to die as a person who seeks for completion in life, and be re-born as Capacity for the world — which is What you’d always been.

By this finding I do not say your experiences will be pleasant until the end of your days. Life is yin/yang. I say you will be able to have those experience from the Space of peace. You will accept life as it is, without trying to change it, to push away the pain. You will live totally affected and totally unaffected simultaneously. Truth is in the paradox. Cheers!
