AND IF YOUR TEAM NOT OBEYING YOUR LEADERSHIP, THAN IT DOESN’T MATTER HOW BIG THE GOAL IS OR HOW WELL PLANNED IT IS BUT IT WILL FAIL.SO ALWAYS ENSURE AND MUST CONFIRM THAT YOUR TEAM IS FOLLOWING YOUR IDEAS ONLY AND AFTER THIS YOU NEED TO BELIEVE ON YOUR TEAM.ALWAYS REMEMBER, BEFORE IMPLEMENTING ANY IDEA, BE ENSURE AND PREPARED WITH MINIMUM 3 BACK-UP PLANS TO RECOVER OR HANDLE ANY SITUATION OF LOSS OR THREAT OR DANGER.ITS BEST TO ALWAYS TAKE RISK IN LIFE BUT IT SHOULD ALWAYS BE HELPFUL FOR THE SELF DEVELOPMENT OR THE PEOPLE’S DEVELOPMENT. THERE IS NO PRIDE IN SHOWING YOUR BRAVERY IN ANY NUISANCE SITUATIONS WHICH CAN BE EASILY SOLVE WITH MINIMUM MENTAL EFFORT. IF YOU ARE PLANNING TO ACHIEVE ANY DREAM THEN KEEP IN MIND, EVERY TIME, EVERY MOMENT YOUR FOCUS SHOULD BE ON YOUR AIM ONLY. WHILE RUNNING ON THE ROAD TO SUCCESS, YOU WILL FACE MANY TROUBLE, MANY SITUATIONS, MANY TYPE OF PEOPLE AND MANY OBSTACLES WHICH CAN BRING YOU TO SOME SITUATION LIKE YOU CAN GO TO JAIL OR YOUR LIFE GONNA END UP OVER THERE, THAT TIME ALWAYS REMEMBER THIS IS THE ONLY DUTY AND TRUTH FOR YOU IS TO OVERCOME THE SITUATION AND MOVE FORWARD FOR YOUR GOAL,BECAUSE YOUR FIGHT IS SOMEWHERE ELSE, NOT TO STAY AND FIGHT OVER THERE. DURING THIS TYPE OF TIME YOU CAN USE THE PRINCIPLE OF “SAM-DAM-DANDA-VED” AND OVERCOME IT.

2.ALWAYS REMEMBER ONE THING, AFTER HAVING ALL THIS EXPERTISE ALSO, YOU CAN FAIL VERY EASILY AND ANY TIME, IF YOU HAVE ANY ONE WEAKNESS OUT OF THESE BELOW MENTIONED POINTS

a) GIRL (MAY BE GIRLFRIEND, WIFE, ANY GIRL OR ANY OTHER AFFAIRS)

b) FAMILY (ANY FAMILY MEMBER OR RELATIVES)

c) INTOXICATION (ANY TYPE OF INTOXICATION)

d) LAZINESS TOWARDS YOUR DAILY DUTY

e) POOR HEALTH

f) UNSUITABLE EMOTION (with respect to your goal)

g) UNABLE TO KEEP COMMITTED TO YOUR WORDS.

h) UNABLE TO KEEP YOURSELF MOTIVATED TILL THE FINISH LINE.

i) INCONSISTENT PRACTICE OF YOUR STRENGTHS AND WEAKNESSES IN YOUR DAILY ROUTINE.
