Saying truth is simple does not mean it is easy to achieve.
When you change our vibration our world changes. Match the frequency of the reality we desire. Albert Einstein Enlightenment is the neurological vehicle of personal transformation, and it often happens in small or large bursts of insight – those “aha” and “Oh Wow!” experiences that shake up old beliefs when we discover a greater truth about our self, the world, or the nature of reality.
From the moment we are born, our brain is programmed to seek enlightenment. In fact, if our brain does not transform itself on a daily basis during the first few years of life, we would not be able to work, speak, or play. But as we get older, we become habituated with daily routines. We become more comfortable and less curious, and the world becomes familiar. If we want to continue down the path of enlightenment, we will have to interrupt the “normal” way we see the world. Mark Waldman, Neuroscience Researcher
By gradually by achieving many tiny “aha” insights we can progressively awaken our self to the power and importance of living our life on purpose. The energy we choose to surround ourselves with has a huge impact on our actions and results. The habit we have of giving away our energy has created the habit of stealing the energy of others. This underlies all of the drama, chaos and conflict we experience. To become enlightened we must learn to stop giving away our energy by becoming less resistive, judgmental and attached to outcome.
By connecting with this simple though challenging truth can inspire others in our world to do the same.
