Life is not of Competition; of Cooperation

Life is not of Competition; of Cooperation

Currently we are passing the time in a restless competition. We can see its effect in almost every field of family, professional, social or political. The main reason is to gain empire, position of affluence, protect image, protect honor, increase social status, take leadership etc. In various areas of life, the influence of this environment subconsciously nests within us. Competition means a special event where people compete with each other to be the best in a particular subject. Competition means to compete, which always has a negative connotation. A competitive attitude with others basically hinders our own success and harms us physically as well. Because this kind of behavior keeps a person trapped in a stress.

The neighbor got ahead of me, the classmate got ahead of me, the colleague got ahead of me. I stayed behind…… these words are piercing me constantly.

In fact, we fail to understand that each person is different and their purpose in life is also different in most cases. So, I try to realize myself how much I have been able to go by the side of the one who moves forward.

So, it is said that we move forward in cooperation rather than competition. Cooperation creates the possibility of peace and good. It is very important for every sphere of life. Society has evolved for the sake of helping people in various ways. And if you cannot assist in any good work, then you should not hinder it. If I have to compete, I will compete with myself. I need to compete with myself so that I can strive to achieve continuous success and can say he will win......I will win too. But, in most cases people not only make their own life beautiful and meaningful but also create obstacles in the way of others' fulfillment.

Mughal commander Mansingh was engaged in a sword fight with Isa Khan, the chief of the twelve Bhuiyans of Bengal. Once Mansingh's sword broke. Isa Khan could easily capture and kill the opponent. But he did not do that, instead giving the opponent another opportunity to take the sword. It is for this greatness that we remember him even after so many years, he is remembered.

A hadith of the Prophet (PBUH) says, 'what you wish for yourself, wish for others. Only then can you be a true believer’
