While I was busy reading the newspaper, I came across this quote. “Everything in life looks an endeavour until first attempt.” I overheard sweet little voice of cuckoo who was trying to catch my attention as well as of its surrounding. The sweetness of effortless singing made me dwell in my childhood memories of summer time. I was brought to present moment when cuckoo was accompanied by chirping sparrows and crows. The atmosphere was full of harmony. I smiled to realize that my attention was stolen by these birds without any extra efforts. I was pulled rather tuned to their musical chemistry unknowingly and made me forget to read the newspaper.
The life around is evolving continuously. It has always been evolving irrespective of we pay attention towards it or not. Hence most of the time we miss the nuance of change life may bring to us. The mornings, afternoons and nights differ in quality as they lighten up our mood. Someone has said that “Living life beautifully or gracefully is an art.” When it comes to any art it becomes perceptive to individual. Hence different people experience the life differently. It could be one of the reasons for having different shades in the people. Similarly, the life around us is also too sensitive that it keeps pouring love in our life in different manner. We often forget to be grateful towards it. Our way of living life decides the amount of penetration it may have upon us. The life around us open up in equal or linear proportion to our sensitivity towards it. The musical harmony of birds was called off by roar of a donkeys and dogs barking. I started reading the newspaper again. The newspaper was typical to catch one’s attention, but after listening to promising musical harmony of birds I was flattered to check any upcoming musical shows or any other forms of entertainment advertisement in it. These entertainment advertisements are often overlooked unless one is really passionate about art and has genuine interest towards it. One of the theater groups was performing political thrillers and a few comedy drams. The group was well known and they were doing these shows since last 4-5 years. It made me remember my college days where I acted in couple of drams but due to family priorities and studios environment in the college made me join the engineering industry. Hence looking at these promising group of youngsters who were running shows for a quite a long time inspired me to recall my dialogs and perform in front of mirror.
After combing my hair and little make-up with daily cosmetics, actor in me was ready to perform. It did not last for a long as I could see my personality was not eye catching also, I forgot the tips we received from the experts who were invited by the culture committee of college. The drama group in the newspaper was performing shows over weekends and practice over Sunday afternoons. Hence decided to get in touch with the group. So immediately called the number to see if there is any opportunity to participate in the group.
Pranay – Hello, Can I speak with Mr. Kiran, the drama coordinator?
Kiran – Yes, this is Kiran, how can I help you?
Pranay – I am 40-year-old, never performed in theater group. I came across your advertisement in the newspaper hence curious to know if you have any opportunity to participate in your show?
Kiran – Sir, we are quite young to your age. We are recent college pass-out and performing these shows. Your presence will be definitely plus. Currently we do not have any character matching to your age hence will not be able to help but you can come to join our practice sessions. We have many other college groups who are also doing stage shows hence you should get chance to act in one of the shows. We often receive many calls for acting and lucrative nature of this field. Will send details once I confirm with my head as these days, we have many safety restrictions before we allow strangers to join our group. Thanks for reaching out to us.
Pranay – Thanks a lot Kiran for detailed response. Waiting for your message. Bye.

Kiran – Bye.
To my surprise, I got so excited as I got chance to speak with one of the young stage actors. The person was so energetic that I could fee the vibration in his voice. He was so optimistic and determined to conduct the show. His approach was so professional. After hearing his assuring voice made me so positive to lift up my desire to act.
The desires or passions we have in our mind are often triggered by the events happening around us. Hence sometimes we get engaged into it or miss most of the time. The passions should be accompanied by daily practice sessions and determination. The change in daily routine is often opposed by our mind and surrounding. As we are trying to change the alchemy of the environment. Honestly speaking, I was also a stage actor but got moved out from this field due to various reasons. The optimistic rather promising voice of Kiran elevated me to try one more time to become a successful stage actor. To become a stage actor was my childhood dream which was opposed many times. To become a renowned actor has been a great endeavour in my life. I keep battling this endeavour on daily basis. Let see how things goes this time…..
