Life is Changing - Things will improve you just need to keep the faith....

Change is the only constant. Your reflection of life is based on your thoughts. I am a firm believer in The Law of Attraction which a candidate of mine shared with me when I interviewed him a Telecoms Mid Management role back in the days when I recruited jobs in this space in Melbourne.

If you change your thoughts, your life will begin to change. Have you ever met someone who you connect with on such a deep level that you start to feel what they feel, experience the joy, sadness, upset and laughter that they feel too. Have you ever found yourself in a dark world or situation whereby you start to attract the opposite of what you seek. You make wrong decisions based on love, based on past experience and do not really have time to step back and reflect until you are outside of the situation.

We all make mistakes. Our heads will always get turned. But it is worth noting as many of my clients experience is that life will at times put you at a crossroad, and in doing this you can either go left or right.

It took me so much strength in my character to fall and to then make poor decisions based on my choices. In life I have experienced loss, redundancy, workplace bullying, divorce, separation, dealing with addictions from people that I cared deeply about, and the one thing that has mattered to me more than anything is the ability to recognise that every feeling, every thought is just temporary and at times you need to just let it go. Become your authentic self, make changes that bring you joy, and make sure whoever you invite to the top seat at your table is worthy of a chair. Life is full of joy, you must learn to try and welcome the challenges it brings, because it is true it can be at times stressful. However build resilience, take a pause and a moment to reflect then straighten your crown and continue on your journey.
