Suddenly, I found joy in unexpected places and became a more true version of myself. It's still an ongoing process, but that awareness of my needs is what makes me whole.

  • Your Support Squad:?Who fills you up, not drains you? Shortlist 3 people you can trust and be vulnerable with. Reach out, even a text, can make a difference.
  • Mindful Minutes:?It's not about time, it's focus. 5-10 mins in the morning and night: No phone, no distractions. Sit in silence and breathe.
  • Affirm vs. Guilt:?Instead of “I don’t have time to invest in myself” reframe your thinking and say, “Investing in myself makes me stronger for EVERYONE I love”.
