There is only one thing that is evenly distributed among everyone on this planet — time. We all get the same 24 hours every day and it is up to us to decide how we want to spend those 24 hours and our mental state and our well being depends on how we spend those hours. How happy or content we feel is directly proportional to the amount of time spent on things we deeply care about- family, hobbies, friends, work. However, due to various reasons, we end up spending time on things we hate and end up feeling miserable. We do that because we feel obliged to do so and because we can’t possibly say no. Is it really impossible to say NO?

Sarah Knight was an editor in New York and after working in a job that made her unhappy, she decided to change her life and in her book and in this video she is sharing with us on how we can do it too.
