A Life Changing Experience!

Owning a Military Clean business is a life changing experience! It is perfect for any US veteran, at any age! You can start this business as an extra income or a full time business. You can do the work, or just manage. Or can even hire someone to mange it for you. This is a simple business. Anyone who has the maturity to be a responsible business owner can do this. There are very few expenses to getting started. And yet, if your company can clean as well as you had to clean in the military, you will be better than your competition. And the key to success in any business is superior, dependable service!

You have an immediate advantage being a US veteran. Most Americans want to support their local military and families. The local News loves stories about them, and Talk radio too. They will help you spread the word for free!

You will have no problem acquiring cleaning accounts. And you should have no problems finding employees.Your local Chamber of Commerce will support you too, along with your local and state politicians. -- That has been my experience in San Diego.

One way I will promote and advertise your business is by giving you a free local job board for military, veterans, and their spouses in your area. It will get you lots of free media attention, and invitations to speak at lots of clubs and events. It will make you somewhat famous for being a good guy! Starting a Cleaning business is easy. I started my first in 1970, when I was listed as 100% disabled. I had no idea what I was doing. I flew by the seat of my pants! But that business exploded into multiple cities, and landed me the Wells Fargo banks account! Since, I have built up several more janitorial businesses. I eventually sell them and retire for a few years. Then, I start one up again and do the same. I've had 7 such businesses. 

Now, I mentor US veterans how to do what I did. I've helped over 100 so far. I provide everything you need to get started making money. I provide website, marketing platforms, media plan, business plan, training, certifications, logos, letterhead, and equipment. During the 7-10 days it takes to receive all your equipment, you will be taking an hour or less a day to get ready. You will be trained by me 2 times for about 45 minutes to 90 minutes. In about a week, you will be totally ready, trained and prepared to start working and making money. Some veterans make $5k to $15K their first month. It depends upon your availability to work; or, your ability to acquire trustworthy employees. But you do not need to do any work yourself to make money.

For instance: A Property Manager needed me to get a 2 bedroom 2 bath house ready to be moved into. It needed to be thoroughly cleaned: every drawer, shelf, counter, tub, shower, floor, window etc.  The living room and upstairs bedrooms needed to be repainted . Garage and driveway power-washed. Trash, furniture and refrigerator hauled to dump. Windows and screens washed. Electrical outlets replaced. Landscape cleanup. $5000. 

I paid 2 Marines $25 an hour each. It took them 20 hours to complete the work. (10 hours each) They each got paid $250 for 10 hours of work. > $500.00 The paint, brushes, tarp, power washer rental, truck rental and dumping, cost me $1000. >  $5000 minus $1500 = $3500 profit for me. -- I did no labor. I just made phone calls, met them at the worksite to get them started, then checked their work and paid them. 

But the very best aspect of this business is acquiring nighttime business cleaning accounts. These will be your bread and butter! This is where the BIG money is. -- This is much easier than working for property managers! You sign an agreement to keep an office clean for so many days a month. You agree to a price. They send you a check every month. 

Every US veterans has been drilled in keeping everything Inspection Ready! This is not Rocket Science. But training and motivating employees does take some experince and wisdom. That will be your biggest challenge. But if you already have successful leadership experience in the military, it is no problem.
