it's July 2019 and we moving closer to a new season, my thoughts was at first where did the time go?

Life happens, this year kicked off with terrible turbulences, not many individuals or Senior Employees have the ability to deal withit at hand, this turbulences can be fatal, the moment one hit you another one wait for the aircraft to enter another column.

Life is like a aircraft, the moment one part begin to fail, you try to do damage control all over the place. The first thing you should do is: Prioritise the situations which secion will cause the most risk. (Don 't be all over the aircraft and ensure the crew know what you require them to get done)

You as the Captain need to communicate clear effiecent and effective with the radio controller, normally calculate risks have to steer us safe to the ground for a soft landing

Corporate can relate to this, your Executive will send instrictions to the chain down, some of these instructions make no sense and jus add a huge overload of paperwork. This is here where your team leader come in and communicate with management, "on theorie it makes sense but not practical, but in reality we have to run the operations day by day with calculated risks.

Each Finacial year your pressure to deliver will become more and more critical to retain your job.

Businesses are in the proces to automate systems and processes.

• Work really hard.
• Set a goal and work to achieve.
• Upskill yourself.
• Be aware of the competitors movements. (including Social Media and all forms of adds)
• Don't wait for the promotion, go take the promotion and nail it!

Go and sit over a wekend and decide, will I do this forever with crowth in this Company or do hate my job?
