I spent years drowning in fear. Fear-based is no way to live. Once I learned that our thought habits are at the root of our life experience I became obsessed. We choose our life experiences (thoughts, feelings, and moods) the same way we choose our clothing. So, choose wisely!?

When we are caught up in negative patterns, they become our armor. It is easier to choose what we know than to rip the familiar away and do the new. Letting familiar patterns go is scary. This is especially true for unhealthy patterns. Those feelings are all we know.?

However, new thought habits are the way to real freedom. Freedom to love life. Freedom to make all our dreams a reality. Freedom of mind, body, and soul.?
