Liebherr Swinging Lead LRH600 is guiding a 45 m MV piles

A MV pile or jacket-grouted pile for quay walls in fact is a large steel H- profile of 45 m length, which is placed under and angle of 45° into the existing soil. Around that anchor, while the beam is being hammered into the ground, a grout body is injected around that anchor, to create a friction with the steel profile and the excising soil. The grout forms a root, this increases the load-bearing capacity, suitable for absorbing high tensile loads. The piles themselves can absorb the reactions, which are described in its tough targets for quay walls.

The Liebherr Swinging Lead LRH 600 can work with 20 tons of pile and 20 tons of the hammer with a length of 60 m (197 ft) in installation inclination of 1:1
