Liberty who would have thought a Queer film about our history would be such a global hit

So this is my laurels number 18 International Award for my film LIBERTY, I never thought when I made this film about the history of the UK LGBTQ, Working class Civil Rights would breakthrough globally, here winning Best International Documentary at the International Media and Arts Film Festival in Uganda a country in which it is still a crime to be LGBTQ and a crime to screen my film and yet the subject matter and script has broken through the censor not just in Uganda, but Egypt, Iran, Turkey, China with another 104 International awards shortlisted making it the most successful LGBTQ film ever made as no other LGBTQ film been screened legally in so many countries and been up for such a huge number of awards, before its official launch in London 12 Feb as part LGBT history Month are you coming? I have also started to accept invitations to screen the film with Q & A at theatres, and community events across the Uk and EU.
