1 周Yes, Malcom McLean, "The Father of Containerization," was also the owner and President of one of the best trucking companies around, McLean Trucking. He was a great man and innovator. I had the honor of meeting him in the 1980s, I believe at one of the "Newark Traffic Club" events. I remember the red Mack trucks that moved the freight. At that time, if I remember correctly, they had close to, if not over, 3,000 power units. They were a BIG mover!
