Liberating Structures for Scrum Ceremonies v1
Min Spec of this Article: As a Scrum Master I want a simple menu of suggested Liberating Structures(LS) for scrum events so that I can easily experiment with stuff I haven't tried before (that has a good chance of working).
Max specs not included: What are Liberating Structures? What is scrum? What is Agile? Who am and what do I want in life? How do I live a meaningful life? How do I have a great relationships?
The scrum guide is a minimalist framework to get stuff done. Many people wonder "great but how do I do that?" LS offers an answer.
Sprint Planning:

Is a planning structure after all! Take the story/backlog item and map the activities/tasks involved to bring it from gestation to creative destruction. What items are likely to get stuck in the poverty and rigidity traps?

The risk management Swiss army knife! By creating the don't-do list you may discover many actions are needed to avoid them. Add these to your to-do list/sprint-backlog!
9 why's:
So you have got yourself a sprint goal, why do we need to do it? Bring the stakeholders and value into awareness with 9 why
Min Specs:
Agile manifesto principle #10: Simplicity--the art of maximizing the amount of work not done--is essential.
With your sprint goal and product backlog come to the minimal amount of work that will allow us to achieve the goal!

Example Invitation: What is your plan to achieve the Sprint Goal for the day?

Emphasize coordination by making explicit requests for help and responding with clearly
Impromptu Networking:
Share your plan for the day in 3 short 1-1's with the people you need to interact with most that day

Identify the least work required so that backlog items can be completed (Combines very well with Must, Should, Could, Won't [MoSCoW])
