LGMVIP Experience of my Internship journey with LGM

Hello everyone!!

My name is Pinaki Shashishekhar Mathan , BTech CSE student of OmDayal Group of Institutions, Uluberia. I am interested and always dreamt of becoming a Computer Engineer and now it seems my dream has come half true. I want to work in data science, Artificial Intelligence, cloud computing, web & app developer, IOT, etc. I am also familiar with different languages like pyhton, C, & Java. And on web development side I am familiar with HTML, CSS, Javascript, Nodejs, PHP and FLASK as python backend framework. I have participated and won in several competitions.

Studying computer science will help me to develop problem-solving, critical thinking and complex analytical skills. Skills such as these are especially useful for specialists working with complex algorithms and big data to create instructions and understand design patterns.

I’ll be sharing my internship experience at LetsGrowMore with the hope that it is helpful to other IT and computer engineering students that are looking for internships.

Like most of my colleagues at the college, I had a very limited view about web development in general and didn’t know what to expect from an internship. Lucky for me, I was assigned a live project, which was based on HTML, CSS, JavaScript and Bootstrap, something that I had already developed an interest for.

During my time with the LetsGrowMore Student Internship Program, I had the opportunity to collaborate with other interns on various projects. This teamwork aspect was valuable in simulating real-world work environments and improving my communication and collaboration skills. Working on group projects also allowed me to learn from my peers, gaining exposure to different approaches and problem-solving techniques.

In terms of the work environment, LetsGrowMore provided a conducive and friendly atmosphere. The company fostered an inclusive culture where ideas were welcomed, and everyone's contributions were valued. The team members were approachable, creating a supportive environment for interns to learn and grow.

Working here has been an unbelievable experience that has honed my strength and determination to succeed. It’s a pleasure to have been a part of this great company. My sincerest thanks for being my second family and for making me feel at home.I want to take the time to thank you for your guidance and support during my employment. Working under your capable supervision and direction has been a memorable experience, and I have learned a great deal from you. The skills and abilities you helped me develop will empower me to reach my professional goals more quickly in the future.?

Frankly, the overall internship experience was awesome. I learnt new things, and also this helped me to explore as much as I can.

It was great working as a web developing intern at LetsGrowMore.

I would undoubtedly recommend this internship to everyone who is struggling for an opportunity to gain some knowledge and work on some projects to show hands-on experience on an internship for their future endorsement.
