1 个月to be honest - rather than creating our own little "safe space and echo chamber", what i would like to see is a tighter integration with other business niche group. I've been told by multiple great female business leaders / executives: "Hey Ken, we like how you act in the business world, you don't assume the typical dominant male dismissive style of many strong business leaders. BUT, you are not invited to this women-only business event." So not only we don't blend in or have a easy way into the mainstream business group, we are also rejected by the largest "minority" group in business - women executives. i wanted to tell those ladies - "girl, don't you want someone to interrupt the cycle-syncing so we can all have a good time?" But i digress.
