The LGB Alliance Business Forum is ready to talk to leaders
LGB Alliance Business Forum
Driving constructive conversations about LGB workplace rights with positive and progressive business leaders.
All effective business leaders understand that happy people help a good business to become great. That means every staff member being treated fairly and enjoying the same rights as their colleagues.
In recent years, many well-intentioned leaders have been given poor, and often unlawful, advice by activist groups, causing rising disharmony in the workplace.
Pronoun policing and gender neutral changing rooms anyone?
Employment Tribunals were brought, and won, by LGB people who believed they had suffered discrimination as a result of this advice.
High profile businesses were persuaded that their customers would love a new advertising campaign featuring disruptive ideas about gender ideology. Many discovered, to their cost, that they didn’t.
When LGB staff networks added the TQ+, lesbians, gay men and bisexuals were side lined and silenced. Worryingly, many of our heterosexual colleagues believed that month-long pride celebrations and compulsory gender awareness training sessions were our idea!

So it’s time for a reset.
LGB Alliance Business Forum is a collective of senior executives, all lesbian, gay or bisexual, who will be talking to business leaders about redressing the balance, within the law, in a way that benefits their business and all of the people who work for them.
Our core aim is to protect and promote LGB rights, and, through that lens, we will examine how staff with other protected characteristics including sex, disability, gender reassignment and religion or belief can work together harmoniously. We will also be clear that each of those groups is distinct and has different needs.
The LGB Alliance Business Forum is about productive conversations, bright ideas and positive contributions to the world of business.
Register now to join our webinar at 7pm on Monday 20 January. You’ll hear about our people, our plans and the opportunities for you to join the conversation.
Lesbians, gay men and bisexuals have so often been at the forefront of driving change that creates the tolerance and understanding that benefits all of society. Now it’s time to come together and turn our attention to helping businesses.
The LGB Alliance is a trans hate front, and does not in any shape or form represent the overwhelming views of the UK’s gay or lesbian population. A recent court case revealed, under oath, only 7% of LGB Alliance supporters are lesbian. A YouGov poll also showed that only 3% of the UK population identified as LGB - as opposed to the inclusive LGBT. Most LGB Alliance supporters are actually straight and over 50 - with a strong religious and socially conservative presence. They are recognised internationally as a hate group. Every policy revolves around excluding or demonising trans people. Don’t be fooled - it’s a culture wars sham. Read up on them. Do your research. Best wishes - India x?
