With the world watching, Lexus just unveiled a brand new flagship luxury 2 + 2 coupe that will help drive the brand into the future: the 2017 LC 500.
The new LC 500 is based off the LF-LC concept, which debuted four years ago. But thanks to the collaborative efforts of the design and engineering teams, the LC 500 has evolved impressively from that concept. So much so that Akio Toyoda himself believes it represents the future of Lexus, as he conveyed in the press release for the new car:
