Lexus at Auto Expo 2023

In its first appearance at the Delhi Auto Expo, Lexus presented the “Lexus Electrified Pavilion”. They wowed audiences with their clean, simple, and minimalistic design beautifully woven together with Takumi craftsmanship.

The mesmerising Lexus RX 500h made its India debut at the Lexus pavilion in a magnificent fashion. With an engaging light show, an interactive dance act was showcased at the pavilion, with skilled dancers performing in tandem with customised digital content playing on a giant curved LED in the background. As the act progressed, the dancers moved towards a giant hand-crafted origami installation, while the digital content appeared on a curved mesh LED suspended above it.

As the music and dance reached a crescendo, the origami installation rose upwards with a flourish of lights and smoke, revealing beneath it the all-new Lexus RX 500h.

Although it was one of the smaller pavilions at the Auto Expo, the Lexus pavilion boasted a footfall of over 15,000 visitors per day, who couldn’t get enough of the amazing cars on display and were eager to participate in the engaging activities on hand, including an origami workshop conducted by professional Takumi masters. The two electric concept cars, the Lexus LF-30 and the Lexus LF-Z were some of the most unique and futuristic cars present at the Expo.?

All the manpower at the Lexus pavilion, including car models, hosts/hostesses, and even the Takumi masters presented a strong sense of 'omotenashi' or human-centered thoughtful consideration, one of the embodiments of Lexus as a brand.

With the vast footfall experienced daily at the pavilion, a skilled security team ensured an easy flow for guests through the stand, keeping in mind COVID protocols and ensuring every guest had the opportunity to take in the meticulously crafted experience Lexus had to offer.
