Levi Giafaglione Joins the Board of Directors of Dreams For Change

San Diego, CA - Dreams For Change, a non-profit organization that aims to combat homelessness and poverty in San Diego, is pleased to announce the appointment of Levi Giafaglione Brown to its Board of Directors.

Levi Giafaglione is a Community Engagement Manager at Lived Experience Advisors, a dedicated Housing Navigator with a background in Homeless Services, specializing in TAY care, LGBT inclusion, and individuals with serious mental illness. Having faced homelessness at 19 after coming out as LGBT, Levi triumphed over six years of homelessness before getting housed and on to filling multiple roles for San Diego non-profits. Levi has been actively participating in City Council meetings and his journey was highlighted on the "Homeless in San Diego" podcast. He is also exploring real estate investing as a means of contributing to the solution.

As a Board Member, Levi will work closely with the Dreams For Change team to help develop and implement programs that provide tangible support and resources to San Diego's unsheltered population. His experience and passion for serving the community will undoubtedly bring a unique perspective to the organization and its mission.
