1) Personal branding: the key differenting factor between you and your competitors. Focus on building your authority in your industry and positioning yourself as the go to person. One of your key focus should go to improving upon what you have, not necessarily starting from scratch

2) The way we work is constantly changing: A shift from online focused to offline working. Building human connection builds trust and helps formulate collaborative partnerships easier. Attending and organising in person events

3) Making money ?? will no longer be a priority to yield results.. most will be focused on personal growth, creating joy and making an impact. Create your programmes and services based around these

4) Customer centric approach: consumers want to feel looked after and tailoring your services to match their needs, re-look at your offerings and utilise your clients feedback will help formulate what the market dedicates
