Leveraging Workplace Flexibility – Answer the Call to Conscious Leadership

The general consensus is – the workforce has the power to use their collective voice in this moment and demand conditions and compensation that enable a quality of life that makes working worth it. People. Have. Choices.? The workforce is shrinking while job growth continues to expand.? What does the workforce want? Of course, the workforce is full of different preferences and opinions and lifestyles.?

I have summarized this month’s Answer the Call to Conscious Leadership a bit differently than I have before. Carl Shawn Watkins , Mr. Vulnerability, DEI expert and repeat C3 panelist/speaker, joined me to talk about the many benefits of flexible work options. At the same time, we discussed the potential sources of resistance and legitimate objections.?
