??Hydration and Nutrition: Drink plenty of water and eat brain-boosting foods like nuts, berries, and fish. Proper hydration and nutrition are crucial for optimal brain function.

??Mindful Breathing: Take short breaks for deep breathing exercises. Mindful breathing can help reset your focus, reducing stress and improving concentration.
