Leveraging AI - Team Productivity

As the Director of Services for an ERP Implementation team, I am always looking for ways to make our work more efficient, effective, and engaging. That's why I am excited to share how AI has been leveraged to enable our team to be more productive and deliver better results for our clients.

AI is not just a buzzword or a futuristic concept. It is a powerful tool that can help us automate, optimize, and enhance various aspects of our ERP implementation process. Here are some examples of how AI can benefit our team:

AI can take notes and summarize meetings: How many times have you attended a meeting and struggled to keep track of the key points, action items, and follow-ups? You can also use AI to generate insights and recommendations based on the meeting content, such as identifying risks, opportunities, and best practices.

You can also use AI to streamline and automate tasks, such as scheduling, reporting, testing, and deploying.
