1 年certainly, customer is the centre of any business. The growth of business would very much depend on providing products and services needed by the customer. The best way to understand customer need is to ask them directly( no point guessing!). Businesses practise seeking customer feedback from time to time. While this is a good practice if implemented thoroughly, there remain lot of gaps in getting/giving genuine feedback, or analysing the feedback constructively for improvements. I love this concept of 'Customer Advisory Board', wherein a group of customers come together on a regular basis to share insights and advice with an organization.
