Leverage your Campaign Channels

We need ROI, ROAS! I assume you have heard this once or twice over the years and probably more so over the last few months. How can a good idea or tighter budgets get more return?

So how as an account manager/sales person can you help your clients do this? I am no expert, but have a few ideas to make sure that we offer the best solutions/ideas to our clients.

The first stage is 'Know the Client' What are their challenges and pains? What are they measuring?

If you cant answer this you need to dig a little deeper - I use a method called SHIV -

SEEK HONE INSPIRE VERIFY

SEEK what they need and to make sure you can align with their needs. HONE in on the real pains. INSPIRE - this needs a little creative thinking. VERIFY do the sense check have you both understood what you are going to do to solve the problem?

With this under your belt then you need to really think creatively, how can one channel be used to amplify your message in a multi channel way? Let me try to explain -

DIRECT MAIL - Love them! cuts through digital and creates a classic approach to reaching people, longer self life etc. Down fall is often tracking, so how to cross this. Use a QR code - they are back! every pub table has one so people are used to using them. Create a surprise and delight element, every 1000 QR codes wins a prize, stick hashtag on there, there one more channel reached. This links the digital tracking and physical mail, there you go, one tracking and custom audience for you to re-target

ONE COMMUNICATION CHANNEL = 3 OTHER CHANNELS and BUILDING A FUNNEL

By thinking outside the standard parameters for the channel you can open up new opportunities and reach more of the audience. What can you do to get extra reach? How to create more leads?

Run campaigns with TIKTOK to start a new craze (felt old saying that), hashtags, post more videos and images - Expand that reach, play on peoples hunger to be famous and an influencer, get the leads and look at not just a single 'buy now' message but one that helps you increase life time spend.

Just my thoughts. But if you have more ideas I would love to collaborate and find ways to bridge the gap from physical events and sampling and how to move towards using digital channels to get the same or better outcomes.

We need to be agile in the approach and find new ways to engage.
