LinkedIn is my favourite platform to tell a great brand story and generate traction.

You are working in Recruitment or Employer branding and want to create more brand awareness, use the below tips:

LinkedIn's (Paid) Talent Solution Suite:

  1. Jobs- Get your company jobs promoted. It comes with a cost for sure, but believe me the alogrithm does a maginificent job of promoting your jobs to the right audience. Get 3x more qualified applicants when you pay to promote your job.
  2. Life pages- Get your story out here with upto 20 photos, involve your employees, senior leaders and help job seekers with a look and feel of your company. Turn the I'm interested feature ON.
  3. Work With Us ads- Leverage the ad space on your employee's profiles. Viewing profiles is #1 activity on LinkedIn

LinkedIn's (Paid) Marketing Solution Suite:

1. Pipeline Builder- Use case>> to fill your high-priority, high-volume, or hard-to-fill roles. Reach talent pools automatically when they visit LinkedIn with personalized Sponsored Updates and Recruitment Ads.

Some (Free) Tips:

  1. Add commitments to your about page
  2. If you offer Hybrid jobs, you can add that on your company page too.
