Dr. James Thomas Leadership is esoteric and an attribute that almost simulates a blessed sacrament! Sanctity of leadership is built around the sublimating power of fighting a cause and an objective for the common good; a goal that is definitive of a higher order Purpose. Leadership is certainly not discrete with several intervening steps to build a legacy. This is one thought thread that is best described as a fluid flow to create value.
