I should have put this out yesterday but that was just not meant to be, so...

I wanted to share some nuggets from the interview with you:

  • Business is about relationships (duh): Regardless of the industry, building and maintaining relationships is crucial.
  • Choose systems you'll actually use: The effectiveness of any system, including CRM software, depends on your willingness to engage with it consistently.
  • Understand your client journey: Mapping out the client journey is essential to aligning technology with business goals effectively.
  • Customization is key: While systems and automations can streamline operations, customization based on individual client needs is crucial for effectiveness.
  • AI and automation need a human touch: While powerful, AI and automation should complement human expertise and understanding of brand voice and client needs.
  • Testing and gradual implementation: Before scaling up, test systems and automations on a smaller scale to ensure they align with business objectives and client expectations.
  • Initiative and proactive strategy: Taking initiative in technology implementation and marketing strategies can lead to more consistent and effective client engagement.
  • Building on existing platforms: Leveraging existing software and enhancing it with customizations, automations, and AI tailored to specific client needs can optimize efficiency and client satisfaction.

These points highlight the importance of integrating your POWER TOOLS of technology thoughtfully into business operations while prioritizing personalized client interactions, relationships and strategic implementation.

I love tech - live for it honestly - but there is nothing that replaces the heart of a human and the connection we feel when we click. And except for the occasional quick sale via low-ticket Facebook ad, Relationships are HOW Business Gets Done.
