You are the average of the 5 people you spend the most time with and so I focus on spending time with people who I admire and that want to vibrate at a higher level.?

No matter how many times I hear personal development phrases and ideas, I need to keep hearing them over and over for them to affect me on a higher level.?

I loved the quote from ABE Lincoln he mentioned “If you gave me an AXE and 6 hours to chop down a tree I would spend 4 hours sharpening the saw” YES! Resonates with me!?

As the CEO of Ajax Union and evyAI, a commitment to continuous learning and self-improvement has always been at the core of my personal and professional philosophy.?

Recently, I had the privilege of attending an extraordinary event hosted by EO Arizona, where Keith Roberts, the renowned author of the OAK Journal Method, unveiled a treasure trove of insights on goal setting, emotional intelligence, productivity, and the art of living a balanced life.

This experience was not just an event; it was a transformative journey that challenged my perceptions, enriched my understanding, and offered practical tools to navigate the complex landscape of personal and professional growth.?

Plus I got to be around incredible folks!

Kayla is an angel who stood next to me and started chatting with me about her 6 kids! OMG what a rockstar.

My number one takeaway is: “Prayer is talking to god, meditation is listening to god” - I remember him saying something related to prayer vs meditation, I wrote that down and I realized I need to be better at listening and slow down more.?

Be a better listener!?

The Brain cannot adjust to noise.?

I have so much noise in my life.?

There was a message I downloaded 5 years ago about the idea that even noise is noise.?

The noisy voices in my life do now allow me to hear the messages being sent to me from my higher self.

Going into nature without technology for 3 days can be a game changer for creating new neural pathways to promote wellness.?

Excellence is a HABIT

Set a big goal for 90 days, write the action items down and how you will feel when you accomplish that goal.?

Scott and I set some big goals, he set a goal related to personal, I set one related to business.

I told Scott that I wrote a book, High Energy Secrets about how I lost 100 pounds and he had no idea about that. Im so excited to follow up with him and help him with accountability with his own personal goal.

Work life balance is about noticing the sacrifices and consequences that ones has.

4am to 5am you have special creative ability because your waves are between alpha and theta

In this article, I'm eager to share the profound lessons learned and actionable strategies gained from this enlightening encounter, hoping to inspire others on their path to achieving their fullest potential.

This powerful concept of Ikigai is transformational if you want to live a great life.

This was actually huge here becuase I always wondered why I loved my kids art so much that I wanted to keep it.

I WILL START WRITING LOVE NOTES to the PEOPLE I LOVE because I never realized how much emotion you can transfer by WRITING.

Writing to Release Anger: An exercise involving writing letters to process and release anger demonstrates how writing can be a medium for emotional clarity and transition.

Write a letter to someone that wronged you, DO NOT SEND IT instead BURN THE LETTER of ANGER and see how it feels.?

Do this over and over until your anger becomes empathy.

Bucket List Goal Setting: Encourages writing a bucket list and actively working towards ticking off items, using visualization to reinforce commitment and action towards achieving these dreams.

What is one big thing you will accomplish this year from your bucket list?

Here is a big thing I learned, if you are setting a habit and you miss a day, DO NOT MISS A SECOND consecutive day. Get back on the bandwagon and keep moving forward.
