This week I am going to be talking about the FOUR CORE SYSTEMS?? that every business needs to make it go round - no matter what industry or model.


This 5 part post series is for you if your are looking to systematize and elevate your client experience in a way that makes delivering your work simpler for you while remaining deeply in-service of your clients.

You can think of the Four Core Systems?? as the backend operations that follow the front end path of the customer journey from awareness to advocacy.


All businesses need to create awareness, sell, delivery their product/service, and work to keep their customers engaged [customer journey].


And just by taking your customers through the journey of attraction through advocacy, you're already working through your FOUR CORE SYSTEMS?? in the backend of your business:


Attraction Systems > Sales System > Delivery Systems > Advocacy System


And the best time to solicit an operations consultant is when you want to optimize and systematize that journey for your team and your customers.


This means you are likely looking to save time, money, or energy while keeping your customer at the center of your business.


Most of us have a few offers and each offer has it's own customer journey. Therefore, each offer, has it's own Four Core Systems??.


Some systems could overlap depending on your offers, but it's important to take a deep look into the customer journey for each offer separately so that you can collect the most accurate data about how your customer interacts with you company at each stage and then work to optimize the touch points.


The first of the Fore Core System?? is your Attraction System. Your attraction system is made up of the strategies you are using to attract people to your offers plus the repeatable actions you are taking to follow through on your strategies.


Typically the actions your taking to attract people to your offers fall under lead generation and marketing actions.


Let's break this down so you can see how this connects to what you are ALREADY doing in your business.


Let's say you are selling your group program and have decided to throw a workshop where you will pitch your program at the end.


You are likely putting slides together, writing an outline of your speaker notes, prepping your sign up page, creating tags, writing your follow-up emails, etc.


Your Attraction System starts at point of workshop ideation (Point A) and ends after the workshop follow-ups (Point B).


And systematizing and elevating your client experience at each touch point of your attraction system is where my team can help!

The repeatable actions you take from connection (point A) to collaboration (point B) are processes that fall under your Attraction System.


And repeatable actions for collaborations could look like:

???? Sourcing collab partners - How to Source Collab Patners

???? Vetting collab partners through your collab criteria.- How to Vet Collab Partners

???? Pitching your contacts. - How to pitch your collaboration.

???? Prepping for the collab. - How to prep for a live stream with a guest.

Just to name a few because I am sure you can list like 50 more things you do.


Now lets' talk about marketing real quick because any marketing strategies + repeatable actions you are doing are also part of your attraction system.


You are likely creating sales content for social media about your group program, which is a process that has repeatable steps.

The repeatable steps could look like

???? Write Content

???? Source Photos

???? Source Hashtags

???? Schedule Content.

And therefore, part of your attraction system for your group offer.


Any lead generation or marketing strategies combined with the repeatable actions you are doing, make up your attraction system.
