Microsoft Continues the Push for Better Accessibility in Gaming.

Microsoft has long been at the forefront of promoting accessibility in gaming, with a focus on ensuring that all players, regardless of physical abilities, can enjoy their gaming experiences. In recent announcements, Xbox introduced new accessibility options and an innovative adaptive joystick, further solidifying its commitment to inclusivity.

In addition to software improvements, Microsoft has also introduced a new adaptive joystick, an extension of their efforts seen in the Xbox Adaptive Controller released a few years ago. We Updated Our Discord Server! ??

We recently made a few changes to our Discord server in order to make things a little more streamlined. We want to make sure everyone can find what they're looking for so we also moved a few things around. Here are some of the things we tweaked:

?? We combined the CV review and Portfolio Review channels so you can now get all feedback in one place.

??? We turned the showcase gallery into a regular channel and not a forum channel. This means that posts won't be automatically deleted over time and you can more easily find posts and give feedback.

?? We now have a Looking For Work channel! A lot of people were asking for this so now you can show your interest in roles and promote yourself.

?? We have removed the forum channel labelled ‘Game dev help’ and replaced this with ask-for-advice. This is still a place for anyone to ask for help or advice.
