Thank you dear Ignacio Aredez for the insights of the powerful possibilities the Atlassian ecosystem offers. We often experience during our implementation how the management or decision makers are getting surprised why the reports are looking so horrible and completely divergent to their preliminary impression ?? They don't believe it and question the implementation trying to prove it wrong. The tools aren't a Thanos' Gauntlet wiping all your organizational or financial issues by a single snap! The tools are a digital mirror of your company. The tools won't solve your problems. However they may help to provide #transparency getting quicker into your #problemsolving mode and unlock your fantasy and #innovation. No matter how great your tools are, you have to ensure a certain degree of quality and consistent Data Baseline. The art is to define the appropriate KPIs and set the right Process- Controls on your identified critical Business-Processes. So a lot of homework has to be done beforehand.
