Level 5 Plan - MTS Property

Following the Government announced to move the entire country into Level 5 MTS Property like many companies across the country are making sure that the health and safety of our staff, vendors, buyers and all clients are the main priority for us. It is not an easy time for anyone in the country and with the uncertainty that lies ahead all we can do is making sure that all our clients are kept up to date in relation to us as a Property Service Providers (PSP’s).

MTS Property are fully committed to following the guidelines put in place by the Government and the Property Services Regulatory Authority (PSRA). On October 21st the PSRA announced that as Property Service Providers we are part of the essential services that can continue to operate under strict guidelines throughout Level 5. The PSRA has confirmed the following guidelines that apply to us, MTS Property

? Our office is closed to the public

? Our agents and staff will continue to work remotely and attending the office only where necessary to facilitate provision of services.

?     MTS Property will continue to show properties for rent or sales, will continue to carry out property valuations, fair deal valuations and probate valuations and closing inspections.

? MTS Property can view properties by appointment only and under strict rules, call MTS Property 014959020 www.mtsproperty.com

?     MTS Property can continue to allow surveyors, bank valuers etc. access properties

So what does this mean for you?

All staff members of MTS Property will continue to work remotely. MTS Property will continue to view properties, following the guidelines as outlined but the PSRA and make sure to do so in a safe environment.

We recommend that if you are attending any viewings with MTS Property that you carry your mortgage approval in principle letter with as you will need to present it.
