But it's not just about the bottom line; we've invested heavily in our people too. We've added several new roles, launched an all-new Learning & Development department, and even brought another company into the eLocal portfolio. All these moves – plus the incredible work of our teams across the board – have set us up for an exciting 2025.?

First, let's talk AI. At eLocal, AI is a tool, not a magic wand. Our people are our superpower, and we're finding ways to use AI to supercharge their skills and add immediate value to our customers. For example, our Marketing team leverages AI tools to create amazing content and visuals, but it's their creativity that truly shines through. We believe the best possible version of AI tools leveraged by our company are ones that allow our people to do their best work. In 2025, we're rolling out additional AI-powered solutions tied to our core lead generation business to give our advertisers and customers the best experience.?

We're also investing in game-changing technology. Our new customer management system comes online in early 2025, streamlining our sales process and making workflows and access to information easier for the business as a whole. It will allow our sales teams to seamlessly track and optimize their paths from first touch to final sale. Combine that with our new data management system, which will be faster and more in-depth than ever before, giving our teams the insights they need to make data-driven decisions, and we have a recipe for renewed success.?
