Letting go of the overwhelm
In our non-stop society, with so many never-ending responsibilities as business leaders, it is easy to always get caught up with the “not-enoughness” in our business. Focusing on everything that is wrong, everything that needs fixing and seeing everywhere where things need way more attention.
In this “not-enoughness,” we can get overwhelmed by everything that NEEDS to be done. We have our massive to-do lists and know we can never get everything done to sort everything out.
It can feel hard, overwhelming and stressful.
I agree. Those feelings are valid. It is really challenging to juggle it all.
Let’s flip this to help let go of some of that overwhelm.
Because yes, there’s lots to do. Yes, there are lots of things that need sorting.
AND there are also lots of things that are going right/good/great too.
You have made progress this year. Some good things have come your way. You do have abundance in your world.
So, let’s take a moment to see this flip side. A moment to appreciate and be grateful for what we do have and what is going well.
This is not denying that the challenges are there.
We are simply giving some balance to the picture. Taking a moment to shift our focus to an equally valid perspective.
One that lets go of the “not-enoughness” and overwhelm, and moves to a place of calm and appreciation.

Take a moment to answer these questions in your head and give yourself permission to really feel all the great feels that come up with the answers:
Oh I love that feeling! All the feels rushing into my cells and lifting me up.
How did you find it?
Even if we are going through big challenges, there is still a lot to be grateful for. There is still good going on as well.
Practicing gratitude and appreciation has a multitude of scientifically proven benefits that can help our health and wellbeing. Plus, creating a higher vibrational frequency in our energy field also helps to attract further opportunities and awesomeness to us. It’s a win-win!
Additionally, it helps to let go of that overwhelm.
So as you go about your busy weeks, carve out just a few moments throughout each day, to get present and be grateful. It doesn’t take long as you saw to get into that feeling and make a significant shift.
Here's to creating your own amazing business.
In deep gratitude,
Kim.
