I felt like a badass.
I’m 49 years old and I’m hiking in the most beautiful place in the world with a group of people half my age.
I was climbing up a ridge high above Lake O’Hara and staring out at the crystal waters of the turquoise alpine lake.
It embodied untouched nature.
Remote. Wild. Precious.
Lake O’Hara is the most sought after backcountry outing in Canada.
And it’s lovingly and strictly protected by the federal government — just a handful of people are granted access to the area each day.
Every moment I looked around, there was so much incredible beauty.
I was astounded by the surroundings.
I thought to myself…
I felt that way because I was surrounded by an environment that reminds me of the things I value so much…
And it made me feel…
As a result of that experience, I’m sharing this message.
For women entrepreneurs who are caught up in living their lives through their businesses.
Who…
...have lost touch with what success even looks like for them.
...feel unable to step away from their work.
...put their personal life, dreams and deepest desires on hold.
And I’m headed back to Lake O’Hara again for more!
Because I know that my life and business grow immensely when I live in fierce integrity with what I value.
I’ve intentionally designed my life and business in a way that gives me time for what matters most to me.
Here’s how I got here:
When I was 37, I was working 60+ hours a week and after my Dad died suddenly, I promised myself I would stop wasting my precious life.
I made the leap from being at the top of my industry in corporate communications to starting my own consulting business to spend more time with my family and on my health.

My Dad’s loss of life gave me the focus and intensity to make the most out of my life.
— At age 40, I worked with a mentor to create multiple six figures on part-time hours. I transitioned from consulting to coaching women business owners, worked three days a week in my business, and spent the rest of the time with my family.
— At 43, I hired a husband and wife duo to help me let go of old patterns of overworking that were starting to creep in — and learn how to grow my business without pushing and exhausting myself.
— At 44, I made it possible for my husband to take a two-year sabbatical from the corporate world, after his parents passed away within seven months of each other.
— At 46, I spent two months in Hawaii and led a business retreat in the remote and highly protected Kalalau Beach.
— By the time I was 48, I reached 7 figures in revenue in my business, while working 25-30 hours a week, having 10 weeks of vacation, and being in a global pandemic.
— At 49, I was awarded the top credential of the International Coach Federation, the Master Coach Certification (MCC), an award given to less than 3% of professional coaches around the world.
— And I accomplished a bucket list goal, to hike the 50km+ rugged Juan de Fuca Trail on the west coast of Vancouver Island.
Now, I help overworked women entrepreneurs boldly free up room for more LIFE (while climbing to never-before-seen levels of success in their business.)
I help them make the radical shifts they need so that the best years of their life start NOW instead of “someday”.
— One overbooked copywriter cut her 60+ weekly working hours in half in her first 7 days of working with me, while freeing up time for her daughter and creating a clear plan to scale her business to $2.4M.
— Another entrepreneur who was living her life through her business, learned how to take a stand for her personal life, dreams and deepest desires. She went from putting her personal life on hold to waking up every morning saying, ‘Yay, it's morning. I love my life!’
— A company owner of a $20M business got the clearest she’s ever been on what she truly cares about and wants for herself.
— A coach who was burned out and ready to close her business down, learned to LOVE her business again, get her whole life in balance, lose weight, and work less hours and quadruple her revenue.
— A home organizer learned how to stop working weekends and make more time for her family, while doubling her profit year over year.
The beautiful thing is that this journey didn’t just create business results, it created a life I’m excited to live.
And what I’ve learned is this is what success looks like, to me. This is freedom.
And now I get to help women completely shift how they lead themselves, their relationships and their businesses.
So they can defy the “can’ts” holding them back from the time freedom they deeply want and they can start living their “someday” dreams, NOW.
If you’re an accomplished, high-achieving, powerhouse woman business owner and you know how to make money, but you still lack time freedom, and you’re ready to start living your “someday” dreams now, then I’m here for a chat.
The leap from overwhelm and burnout to spacious, fired-up growth is not as complicated or hard as you think.
But it is incredibly personal.
And it takes the ability to radically shift your perspective from what’s happened before to what’s TRULY possible now.
Reach out to me or send me a DM and we’ll hop on a call and we’ll begin to discover your way to boldly free up room for more LIFE (while climbing to never-before-seen levels of success.)
Here’s to business with breathing room!
