A letter to my younger self, to any of my ages between birth until a couple of months ago...

Shaun, it's all going to be ok, so breathe matey

You're going to feel amazing, and it's going to feel better than you can imagine when you get there ...although the journey that will get you to that moment is going to feel like fucking ages, slower than continental drift, it's going to feel slower than a fixed mindset person trying to have a thought, but you'll get there, try not to worry, even though you will

Those aches and pains are all going to go, and lift, and heal better than you ever thought possible

....

I could go on Shaun, but you will experience so many painful things in your path that I need not mention here much more, except that you are going to be Kelly's solid rock, and she loves you for way more than that, so you have nothing to really worry about, because it's all going to add up to some amazing things

These amazing things, that are happening now, require you to go through the things in your path as you grow into being Me

I can tell you Shaun that when you lie there in the morning, and that alarm is going off at 5 am, and before you reach over to turn it off, and take that first conscious breathe, ... you have everything you need to get to here, to this moment, and much further

So Shaun, just breathe, in and out, take that moment, be you

You can serve best by just being you, your best self every day, and you do

Your skills are helping others, and are about to help many many more, and furthermore, you are about to help Shane, Dana and Dean return home as well, to be with their Mum and Dad, and to meet their little brother Eli

To the past version of Me, I'm proud of you, and you don't need anything more than that either, do it for you and them

Do it for the lovers

Do it for the haters

Do it for the in-betweens
