Dear Mind,
It’s amazing how far we have come. I write to you today with a heart full of gratitude and curiosity. You have been my constant companion, guiding me through the complexities of life with your endless thoughts, ideas, and dreams. Together, we have navigated the high highs and low lows, finding clarity in chaos and solace in solitude.
I appreciate your ceaseless efforts to keep me grounded, reminding me of past mistakes and lessons while encouraging me to forge ahead with courage, determination and Boldness and reminding me that I am God’s beloved and God has got me. Your capacity for creativity astounds me, transforming ordinary moments into extraordinary experiences.
Recently, I have received lots of messages asking me, what inspired ?????? ???????????? ???? ???? ???????? Newsletter and I was also so excited to find out that I have inspired individuals to do same in their journals.
For me, it’s been a practice that has helped me to foster a deeper connection with myself and my mind.
Here are some of the reasons why I do this and why you should try this too.

Self Compassion: Writing to your mind fosters self compassion, promoting a kinder and more understanding relationship with yourself.
Personal Growth: It can be a tool for personal growth, helping you recognise areas for improvement and celebrate your strengths and achievements.

Dear Mind, I also acknowledge the times when you feel overwhelmed or burdened by worries, In those moments, I promise to be patient, compassionate and kind, allowing you the space to breathe and recalibrate. We are a team, after all, and our strength lies in our resilience and our ability to adapt.
