“Dear me, I'm writing this letter to remind you to do these most important things.

1. Become a princess.

2. Discover something amazing.

3. "Ask Santa for a pony…”

I'm pretty sure if I'd written a letter to my future self as a seven-year old, it would have gone a little like that!

Thankfully, things have changed and so too have the things I'd tell my future self: ?

Be kind to yourself.

Spend more time with the people you love.

Put more effort into your health.

Surround yourself with positivity every day.

Set more realistic goals. ?
