A letter from great-grandchildren

It was in the leap year of 2024. The world was facing 55 wars and the devastating consequences of climate change. However, the majority of business leaders were still racing to accelerate, thus exacerbating climate conditions. People lost their motivation, and many experienced burnout.

Why did you continue down this path, leading us to a time in 2070 where we are drowning in some places and struggling with hunger due to severe heat and drought in others? You had the time and knowledge to act differently, yet you deliberately chose to make it impossible for us to lead normal lives.

Would you be happy to receive such a letter from your great-grandchildren?

You still have time to create conditions for receiving a thank-you letter:

I am grateful that you were among the conscious leaders who began to co-create a different world, based on sustainable, regenerative business models, and green-oriented operations, friendly to people and nature. You started to build better relationships with teammates, to collaborate with trust, support, and complement each other. You became more deeply connected with nature and began to perceive your own mission. You formed a clear intention to preserve nature for us. You pledged to pursue the 5P's: people, purpose, planet, prosperity, and peace.

You started using your companies as a force for good, innovating carbon-neutral solutions. You built new systems based on synergy between feminine and masculine approaches. You created new organizational structures founded on synarchy, not on hierarchy. Your colleagues refused to produce weapons anymore. You invested in the well-being of people and communities.

Over time, colleagues, friends, and business partners started to follow your examples. The circle of players who decided to play a different, infinite game grew and grew. Authentic, enthusiastic, intuitive, responsible, and uniting ways of leading the business and creating new business models expanded. Your colleagues also began to change their organizations by introducing more collaboration, creativity, playfulness, and joy into their daily business. This also started to manifest in other aspects of life.

Business partners came together and started making changes to business ecosystems by reducing resource usage and limiting the harmful effects of operations on the planet. AEIOU approaches also found their place in kindergartens and schools. Over time, these principles were deployed worldwide.

Politicians also got involved. Like business leaders, they weighed the impacts of every decision on all five dimensions of sustainable development, which the United Nations condensed into 5P: people, prosperity, partnership, planet, and peace. Thanks to AEIOU, today we live in coexistence, prosperity, and pristine nature.
