Letter from the CEO - Looking Ahead to 2023

Dear colleagues, partners, and friends,

As we reflect on the past year, it's hard to ignore the difficulties that the world faced in 2022. The war in Ukraine, the global economic and energy crisis, and various other challenges have tested us all.

But despite these challenges, I am incredibly proud of the way our team has responded. Through our Donation Page we’ve collected donations from all over the world to support families in need, to provide shelter for those who have lost their homes, and to deliver critical supplies, food, and medicine to the Ukrainian people. Our roots in Eastern Europe make the conflict in Ukraine particularly personal for us, and I am grateful for the efforts of everyone who has contributed to our ongoing efforts to support the Ukrainian people.

Looking ahead to 2023, I have several dreams for the year to come. My first dream is for peace in Ukraine. I believe that this is essential not only for the people of Ukraine, but for the entire world. We will continue to do everything we can to support peace and prosperity for all.

Another dream of mine is to reduce global struggle and improve outcomes for people with chronic illnesses. That’s why my partner Alex Aprelev and I founded OxyDial , to build a new, revolutionary testing instrument that will fundamentally change the way that blood diseases like Sickle-Cell Anemia are tested, studied and treated. Alex has dedicated his career to addressing hematology issues, and I have spent many years developing platforms to support cardiac patients. I am hopeful and confident that our new instrument will be able to help chronic care patients and improve their outcomes.

Finally, I dream of helping other dreamers worldwide - which is why at GlenFlow we’ve made it our priority to find, nurture, and develop the solutions and businesses that will change the world. Whether it’s giving Sickle-Cell researchers new and better ways to combat the disease, helping fellow entrepreneurs achieve and exceed their goals, or assisting our own product team in realizing their vision; I firmly believe that by supporting others in their dreams, we can all make the world a better place.

As we embark on this new year, I wish everyone the very best. May your dreams come true, and may we all experience peace, prosperity, and good health in 2023.
