It seems appropriate as we launch into the a new year to take a few minutes to update you on 2020 activities at The Dot and what we see for the year ahead.
We were blessed to weather last year in very good shape growing both sales and bottom line performance. Our broad product line combined with the ability to pivot quickly resulted in new opportunities to offer single source services to our clients at a time when this ability was critical. During the year we invested in a new Screen high speed digital inkjet web press, added finishing equipment, installed new direct mail inserters, updated many of our IT systems, signed new building leases and embraced unprecedented levels of change. We benefited from greater team unity, clear focus and pride of accomplish.
Our broad line of services including creative, litho, display, digital, direct mail and fulfillment are all major segments of our business. They are supported by strong IT programs, compliance certifications and a management team that understands the need to always press forward.
As we look ahead into 2021 we know more change is coming…..new opportunities, new challenges and new trends. We see ourselves as becoming a part of your supply chain where we can help you create and communicate your marketing message, coordinate services with other vendors, package, store and fulfill your products, interface with carriers and do all this with IT interfaces and systems which shorten speed to market, provide valuable data and meet your compliance needs.
