Let's Vote
David Russell
We restore and rejuvenate I.T. MSP leaders, teams, and entire organizations to perform their best.
When Americans make excuses and do not vote in our elections, or vote without fully comprehending the issues, then our nation hurts people.
When politicians, biased media, and wealthy socialists convince you to give up, then bullies rule.
It works this way in your company too.
You may have a leadership title, but unless you behave as a courageous leader with good character, morals, and wisdom, then your company can have multiple personality disorder (different company cultures and client experiences per workgroup), bullies take advantage of less strong people, and your company gets stuck…? or fails altogether.
We have an important election coming up in America.? Don’t give up.
I am not telling you whom or what to vote for in our upcoming elections.
Instead, I am strongly encouraging you to:
?? #1 – Be a leader, not a follower.
?? #2 – Be grateful for the freedoms, protections, and opportunities the United States of America provides its citizens and the world.? Our gratefulness fuels our responsibility and courage.
?? #3 – Wisely consider the full facts about the issues.? Isn’t this what you want your team to do with decisions that affect your company?? Be a role model for gathering and considering the full truth, rather than a fool who falls for soundbites, exaggerations, partial truths, and lies.?
?? #4 – Consider what’s best for the common good long-term, not just what’s best or easiest for you short term.
?? #5 – Teach your employees and children how to discern the full truth, and then let them apply that process to make their own decisions and vote responsibly in every election.?

We just had our first presidential debate, the earliest in history.? It was ugly to anyone who is hoping for stronger leadership on Team USA.
We have two primary candidates, both of whom are people with bad character.? Why?? Because American citizens voted them into power.
How about we focus more on where we agree than the areas where we differ??
Please join me in seeking unity, responsibility, and what’s best for the common good in this election and beyond.
John Adams wrote to his wife, Abigail, on January 27, 1795 (AI result of search, edited slightly):
"Our Constitution was made only for a moral and religious people.
It is wholly inadequate to the government of any other."
Adams believed that morality and virtue were the foundation of the republic and necessary for a free society. ?He also believed that without a government that could control human passions without morality and religion, the country would be "the most miserable habitation in the world".
Adams also believed the Founding Fathers understood that relying on morality and religion would reduce the need for government intervention and enforcement, and increase liberties. ?He believed that the First Amendment protects religious freedom and allows conscience and morality to flourish while preventing the government from establishing a single church.
America is stronger when we work together.? Let’s save this nation before it’s too late.? :)
Thank you for considering these thoughts.
