Let's Use AI To Build Out Buyer Personas.

Let's face it: whether you're trying to sell a service, launch a new product, or understand your audience better, knowing who you're dealing with is key.

But I'm not just talking about knowing their job title.

I'm talking about knowing their daily challenges, their aspirations, what keeps them up at night, and even what gets them out of bed in the morning.

Now, I've seen companies that don't dive deep into their client's persona, and the results are as messy as a toddler with a jar of peanut butter.

The Big "Why"

If you're not laser-focused on who your client is, your strategies will be all over the place. It's like throwing darts while blindfolded and hoping for a bullseye.

You need a detailed, well-researched persona that goes beyond the surface. That's where we get into some dope ish!

Rolling Up Our Sleeves

So, let's get down to it! What would a buyer persona for a managing director in a management consulting firm look like?

  1. Demographics: Mid-40s, likely male, married, and with children. Lives in an urban setting.
  2. Daily Routine: Early riser, scans emails before heading to the office, back-to-back meetings, and late-night closing deals.
  3. Pain Points: Lack of time, pressure to show ROI, difficulty in keeping up with industry changes, and maintaining work-life balance.
  4. What Drives Them: They live for that adrenaline rush of closing a high-stakes deal, solving complex problems, and leading their team to victory.
  5. Their Aspirations: To become an industry thought leader, get a corner office with a better view.
  6. Information Channels: LinkedIn for professional insights, podcasts while commuting, industry-specific journals, and peer recommendations.
  7. Decision Triggers: Proven case studies, ROI metrics, time-saving solutions, and word-of-mouth recommendations.
