Aim of this article-

To leave you with a better way to understand the word diet and what I use for the man on a mission programme lose 20lbs in 90 days.

That cheeky plug from me.

First of all, what does the word diet mean to you?

Such a simple question but it's super important.

When I was working in a corporate job and not in fitness.

Diet meant.

  1. Eat as little food as possible.
  2. Do it 6 weeks before a holiday to lose weight.
  3. Tell Audrey to bolt when offering free homemade cookies.
  4. A negative experience for 100% of the time.
  5. Something I could only stick to for a few weeks.

I would usually end up like this young pup below.

So let's now look at my perception of how to DIET.

It now means.

  1. Eat plenty – but eat smart.
  2. Take your time – plan for a few months, not just weeks.
  3. Say yes to treats – like those cookies from Audrey, but just have a couple.
  4. It's okay to not like it sometimes – but most of the time, you should feel good.
  5. Keep it up – find a way that works for you, not just for now, but for life.I now look like this pup

Right, no more dog pictures or people will start to spread rumours.

So what changed?

I found a way to make it work for ME

Me Being in capitals. I was doing diets that didn't work for me. They were too restrictive.

I tried Low Carb, I tried Eating only Meat. I tried a Bodybuilder diet.

But They all ended up with me saying No to Audrey.

I then found a way that allowed me to Say YES to BIG A.

And that was

Flexible Dieting through Calorie restriction.

Which was simple. Eat fewer calories and dont restrict any type of food just lower the amount you eat of it.

Wow.

it's that easy?

No, it's not. Well, it is but you need to stick with it. It's a long-term investment like that Crypto Coin.

We still need to understand meal satiety, how to include eating out, and what the scales will say the next day. all the usual things.

But it allowed me to look like that dog with the cheese and it does with loads of my clients.


Who loses 20 lbs in 90 days because they always have options but they need to know what they can and can't and that's where I come in.


I give them frameworks, help them plan out meals and get in and out of the shop in 20 minutes, Saving them Money, and time and teaching them as we go.

And then as we start to learn more about food they start to do it themselves.

I'll leave it with what one of my clients Ants said to me on our last catch-call.

My Mates said to me "What is Ant eating these days, bland chicken and rice?

He replied Saying that he had pizza and chips last night and for the week he is still down.

No more eating the wall.
