Let's Talk About Unemployment

Are you unemployed, follow the below tips and see what happens.

1. Apply for that posted Job on careers section.

2. Network with people already working for that company.

3. Start conversation by appreciation for accepting to connect with you.

4. Ask them politely how they got hired, who was the recruiter, hiring manager etc.

5. Follow that recruiter or manager LinkedIn, some even post what they're hiring for here, like their activities!

6. Try to connect with them, chances of accepting your request are high because of shared connection.

7. After accepting your request, leave a thank you note. Next introduce yourself.... Not all recruiters/ hiring managers are bad, some will respond positively, others will decline your request it's life just accept and move on!

NB; Some will not respond due integrity and transparency reasons but they will give you consideration.
