Today I wanted to speak about the incredible Assume That I Can campaign ??
In case you didn’t know CoorDown released a powerful ad ahead of World Down Syndrome Day challenging the negative assumptions made.
CoorDown is a non-profit organisation founded to raise awareness of the potential of people with Down Syndrome, and to promote their inclusion in school, sport, and work.
I saw this ad when I was scrolling on TikTok, it’s really insightful and instantly caught my attention.
Social media can be used to educate and inspire change, I’d love to see more campaigns that address issues and inspire inclusion ??

It took me several weeks if not around a month to research, create content and put together a portfolio I was proud of showing off ????

Here are my. 3 tips for new UGC creators:
If you want to become a UGC creator in 2024, it’s better to start now than later! ??
Don’t forget to be the authentic you, it’ll be a lot easier to create content that way as well as by talking about things you’re truly passionate about ????”
I love this advice! Personal branding is so powerful and it can really open up opportunities. By being authentically yourself you’ll stand out for all the right reasons ??
Today’s advice is to get some fresh air!
It’s spring and whilst I am writing this newsletter in advance I’m hoping by the time this goes out we’ll have some nice warm weather ??
Getting some fresh air is lovely if you’re working from home or stuck in an office for the majority of the day
So today make an effort to get outside even if is just for a quick walk ??
