Happy Wednesday everyone, I hope you’ve had a lovely week so far!?
How was your bank holiday? I can’t believe there are three four-day weeks this month, but I am loving the long weekends haha.?
Today we are talking about one of the biggest collaborations I’ve ever seen and a wellness tip that brings joy to each day.?
Grab a nice cup of tea (or coffee ??) and let’s get started! ???
Today I’m speaking about a type of campaign I haven’t seen before during my time in marketing, that is of course a collaboration between four brands.?
Recently Numan, Cheese Geek, SURREAL and Gymbox teamed up to deliver a quadruple collaboration. To say this partnership was unexpected would be an understatement but it’s a genius idea!!?
At first glance it might seem like an unlikely match, but it highlights the power of partnerships and collaborative campaigns. Each brand brings something to the table, this is complementary, and the overarching links make this campaign the success that it is. By collaborating each of these brands has the chance to tap into three new audiences and diversify their audience.?
This shows that working with complementary brands that you may consider competitors can actually allow you to create higher and better campaigns.?
Have you heard about this campaign? What did you think??

I’m really excited to welcome today's guest. Meet personal branding coach Grace Lancer ?? . I have been connected to Grace for a while now and if you aren’t you NEED to be, her content is full of value. Here’s what Grace had to say about starting your business journey.?
“When you’re starting out in business, coming into the online world can feel very daunting and overwhelming. You see all these promises of high-income months and feel like overnight success really is a thing. It’s not. And it takes a lot of grit and determination to build a long-term sustainable business. However, there is a way to get there more quickly.?
When you’re at the beginning of your business journey, it’s so easy to want to target a broad market, for fear of cutting out too many people or purely being multi passionate and wanting to work with a variety of people before you decide on your niche. But here’s why it counts against you.?
All of your big-name competitors, who have already grown massive communities, are selling something that’s more vague and broad and generic. They can, because they’ve built up the credibility and the community to allow for it.?
If you truly want to stand out in an increasingly saturated market and minimise competition, then you need to focus on solving one specific problem for one specific person. This means getting very specific on a niche target market, and to focus in on one specific part of your services, without trying to promise everything to everyone (this create overwhelm for your clients!).?
This involves doing market research and speaking to your target audience to find out the one thing, precisely, that is their biggest struggle right now. Whatever is the main theme that keeps coming up for them, this is what you need to make the promise of your services. This becomes your USP, and this becomes the transformational result that you sell to truly differentiate yourself from the rest of the market and especially your big-name competitors and to call in those 4-figure clients who are desperate to work with you and only you cos they recognise how much YOU can help them. “?

This piece of advice is definitely something I needed to hear when I started out. I was so worried that if I niched down too much that I wouldn’t find any clients, and this led to me offering services I had no interest in purely to not cut off any potential clients.?
It’s important to remember that you need to stand out and you need something to set you apart, focusing on one offering and making that the best it can be is much more valuable than offering so many things that you don’t have a clear USP ???
Today's wellness advice is actually something I saw on TikTok, and I LOVED the idea.?
I am a massive list maker, on a Sunday I usually make a rough to do list for the week ahead so I know what I’m doing each day and this piece of advice is great for anyone who likes to be organised too!!?
The idea is to write down the days of the week and plan something to look forward to each day, it could be anything from having a hair wash or a dinner out to something as big as a day off or an evening away.?
What would yours be? ???
?
Today my post prompt is to share a piece of advice your audience needs.?
Quite often being young or new to an industry it’s easy to feel like no one wants to hear your opinion and you find yourself just stating facts.?
But you have a voice and we wanna hear it!!?
So, what do you think? Do you have a trick or a tip that will blow the minds of your audience??
Sharing unique insights will help you to differentiate yourself as well as showing your audience that you have lots of value to bring!!?
I look forward to reading these, please use #DiaryOfAYoungMarketer so I can come and show your post some support.?
Have a lovely rest of the day???
Speak soon!?
